Senior Infants have been getting in the Halloween mood, making cauldrons in Art. Our witches and wizards created spooky potions and cast magic spells.

Junior Infants have been very busy during Art and enjoyed painting their lovely pictures

Tinwhistle lessons with Eimear continue every week for 2nd to 6th Class.

We had many activities from class quiz time to maths trails take place to celebrate Maths Week. We wrapped up Maths week with a maths quiz for all classes.

The pupils in Ms. Hayes' class were very creative using lego and magna tiles to make some amazing creations.

In partnership with Colaiste Mhuire, Ms Baro will visit 4th, 5th and 6th class every Thursday to teach French to the pupils of these classes

The students in Ms. Hayes' class have been busy planting bulbs and seeds before Winter arrives.

Football training for every class continues each Thursday in the school.

3rd Class enjoyed a visit to the Remembrance Garden, exploring Autumn and testing out helicopters!

Our school lego club continues in the school every Wednesday during lunch. All pupils are given the option of playing lego in the school hall at this time.

Yesterday was SNA Appreciation Day and we celebrated this special day with our wonderful SNAs

Junior Infants were learning about Autumn trees and what happens to the leaves as the season passes and also did some lovely finger painting

Senior Infants have been learning about Autumn. They collected conkers, acorns,leaves,blackberries and crab apples and created faces from these items

September 24th marked the first day of our Wednesday Lego Club. Every Wednesday the girls and boys have the chance to choose the Lego Club during lunch.

Lots of Fine Motor Skills are being developed in Junior Infants while creating beautiful self portraits

3rd Class explored Askeaton to learn the history of Askeaton's ancient structures and discovered what kind of creatures live in the rivers and hedgerows.

Ms. Hayes and Ms Sharpe's class paid a visit to Liskennett Equine Therapy Centre yesterday and had great fun on their walk with horses

We received a visit from Foynes Fire Brigade to teach the girls and boys about the role of a firefighter and the importance of fire safety.

We are delighted to welcome back Chloe from Music Generation to our school. This year Chloe will teach music to our pupils from Junior Infants to 1st Class

Our Junior Infants have settled very well into our school and are enjoying all class activities.

3rd Class Geography lesson was learning counties and provinces through jig saw puzzles. Great fun was had by all.
